Bid4Assets, Inc. (www.bid4assets.com) (Original name: USA Asset Auctions, Inc.), developed in 1999, is the first-to-market and most successful online real estate auction site operating today. After standing on the Courthouse steps in Baltimore in the winter cold for several hours with other freezing bidders, its founder decided to create a better way to bid on high valued items — and Bid4Assets was created. Today, Bid4Assets partners with government agencies and counties throughout the U.S. to host tax foreclosure auctions, sheriff’s sales and federal forfeiture auctions. Since its inception, the company has generated over $1 billion in government auction sales and millions in private auction sales. Its founder was the Chairman, until the sale of the company in November 2021, to Liquidity Services : NASDAQ: LQDT

eDeposit Corporation

When developed in 1999, until it was sold to a private individual in 2019, eDeposit was the only real-time deposit, settlement, and payment network that verified funds availability for each transaction. It’s patented “hold and release” system (also developed by its founder), held funds until the transaction was completed. It was used by real estate management companies; liquor distributors; and other distributions businesses and auction sites. It was also intended to be used to hold retainers (legal and other professionals), so that the transactions were more transparent to the clients.

Legal Notice Registry Corporation

Legal Notice Registry Corporation was developed by in 2003, and was the first Company to provide the on-line listing of legal notices for newspapers. Legal Notice Registry Corporation provided services to: Hearst, McClatchy, Scripps, Morris, as well as other individual newspapers, bringing legal notices to the Internet. CreditCardApplications was founded in 1998 to take the guesswork out of selecting a credit card, and making it easy to apply. With the experience of the USA Companies founder, going back to the 1970’s, making one application to apply for many credit card selections, and the added advantage of the Internet, the CreditCardApplications website was the perfect solution to help people select a credit card and apply online. The company was sold in 2018.
